ABOUT ME
My philosophies on health, wellness, and physical fitness stem from my background in elite athletics and rehabilitation. As a collegiate athlete I was introduced to unconventional training methods that were developed to challenge me both physically and mentally. As a strength and conditioning trainer working in fitness, I discovered the importance of functionality in all training regardless of its difficulty. I now focus my training on combining elements of both to create a well-rounded, functional training program that challenges my clients both physically and mentally while also allowing them to live the best, most functional lives they can live.
